DHM2016 TICKETS The DHM2016 conference will follow a three-day format. Each day will feature presentations by thought leaders in the field of digital human modeling from all over the world, and will take place at the ÉTS, in Montréal, Canada. View map. If you are purchasing multiple tickets you will be required to buy them separately. Please enter a different name for each ticket (as individual information is needed for badges and prize draws). We encourage you to include your Twitter ID and organization name on the form as it will be displayed on your conference badge. We will also inquire about your dietary restrictions. That way we’ll make sure that the appropriate number of vegetarian or gluten-free options will be available for our attendees. If you are coming from out of town, you can book our conference hotels on the DHM2016 accommodations page. Make sure you buy your tickets early as their availability is limited and the price increases over time.
All passes include: - Wednesday and Thursday lunches - coffee breaks through out the conference - the social event dinner (Wednesday night) BY CLICKING ON REGISTER YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO A SECURE PLATFORM (POWERED BY ÉTS). YOU WILL FIRST COMPLETE A REGISTRATION FORM THEN CLICK ON SUBMIT. THE PAYMENT PAGE WILL OPEN AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEES. YOU WILL RECEIVE 2 MAILS : - ONE AFTER CLICKING THE SUBMIT BUTTON OF THE REGISTRATION FORM - ONE AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION TO THE DHM2016 WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETED ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS MADE. SO ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE 2ND MAIL. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE.
