The 4th International Digital Human Modeling Symposium (DHM2016) was held on June 15-17, 2016 in Montréal, Québec, Canada by École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) in association with the International Ergonomic Association (IEA) Technical Committee on Human Simulation and Virtual Environments (TC HSVE). This 4th gathering was preceded by a decade of digital human modeling conferences held under the auspices of SAE International.

The DHM2016 provided an international forum for researchers to report their latest innovations, summarize state-of-the-art in the field, as well as exchange ideas, results, and visions in all fields of digital human modeling research and applications.

We welcomed participants from all over the world.

Who should attend?

DHM Symposiums are for people who want to learn and share about various domains involved with Ergonomics in product and workplace design in 3D: ergonomists, designers, industrial designers, manufacturing engineers, scientists, teachers, and Students.

NEXT YEAR, DHM2017 will be held in Germany, Bonn in July 2017.
