Submission

Paper Acceptance Criteria

Preliminary paper acceptance is based on the initial abstract submission. Final paper acceptance and the assignment of presentation spots at the symposium are made after reviewing the full papers. Both the abstracts and full papers are reviewed and approved by the Scientific Committee.


Abstract submission

The work must be original and unpublished. The abstract must clearly and concisely state the specific results of the work and its originality. The prospective authors are requested to submit 300 words abstract without figures and tables, by January 15, 2016 to dhm2016@etsmtl.net


Full paper submission

Authors of the accepted abstracts are invited to submit a full paper of 4 to 8 pages for the full paper review. Please use this template for preparing the full paper and send it by February 12, 2016 to dhm2016@etsmtl.net
